Our services are diverse, but the common starting point is our proposal, which forms the basis for agreeing the initial project scope.

At the start of each project there will be a preliminary project scope and confirmation meeting to discuss processes, organise resources and schedule future meetings and timescales. This will result in a Project Initiation Document (PID).

This will set out all the proposed activities within a critical path. The PID will confirm the essential inputs required from all stakeholders.

The PID will be updated at agreed intervals to allow you to track the progress of the project.
